Ita + Steven - San Francisco CA Engagement

I recently had the chance to shoot these awesome couple not too long ago
It was a cloudy day in San Francisco, but that didn't stop us from having fun shooting

I have known Ita since forever but I have never met Steven before until that day.

After meeting Steven for 5 minutes, I just know he's the right guy for Ita,

He's smart, cool, funny and always trying to make Ita cracks up whenever he can.

I can't wait to see you guys get married in June! Thanks for the good times! :)

Lydia + Bob - San Francisco Engagement Session

San Francisco... I can never get tired of this city. No matter what time of the year it is... (or should I say no matter how windy it is.. ) shooting an engagement session in San Francisco is always a fun experience for me.

Lydia and Bob, I still can't believe I haven't met you guys before considering we have way too many mutual friends :)
I had so much fun shooting and hanging out with you guys, I hope it won't be too long until I see you guys again!

Jessica + Keith - Novato Wedding

After months of anticipation and preparation, Jessica and Keith finally tied the knot. It was the sunniest day in Novato, California, simply a perfect day for a wedding. They were surrounded by their closest friends and family, who came from all over different places to celebrate with them on their special day.

For Keith, it was the day he finally married his favorite Shabuway waitress, and for Jessica, it was the day she's officially "Loo"-ed. But for both these two, it was the start of their new journey in life, together.

As she's walking towards the aisle holding her father's arm, Jessica tried to hold back her tears, still can't believe everything is happening right in front of her.

But as soon as she sees Keith waiting for her at the end of the aisle, she just knew it's going to be the best day ever.
They exchanged the sweetest personal vows to each other, and as soon as they walked out of the aisle as husband and wife, the party started right after that.

Epic surprise dance by the wedding party, romantic first dance, emotional father-daughter & mother-son dances, awesome stories and speeches, this wedding got them all.
Jess & Keith, congratulations once again to both of you on your marriage, I'm truly honored to be part of your special day!

Jessica + Keith - San Francisco Engagement

It all started at the restaurant she used to work at, Keith was a loyal customer who kept coming back for the food.. or maybe he just wanted to see that cute waitress again, who knows? After countless times of invitations (...and rejections), his perseverance paid off when she finally agreed to go out with him.

Jessica told me Keith was never her type, he is way too far from her ideal dream man. But there's something about him that made her fell in love with him so quickly, and I can definitely see why.
Keith is funny, smart, silly and romantic at the same time, he brings laughs to people around him everywhere he goes... especially to Jessica.

We started our afternoon exploring the Fort Point, it was a windy and foggy day in San Francisco, but that didn't stop us from having fun shooting.
After that we spent the rest of the day in the city, took a stroll at a park by China Basin and catching up with stories over Japanese food.
I had a really great time shooting Jessica and Keith, it was nice to catch up with Jess again and get to know more about Keith this time.

I'm honored and excited to document their wedding day in a few months, can't wait!

Lights and Sound - Switchfoot + The Royal Concept

A few weeks ago, I had the chance to watch two of my favorite bands; Switchfoot & The Royal Concept performed live. Needless to say it was such an awesome experience, I only snapped a handful of pictures with my Fuji x100 that night because I was busy having too much fun watching the show. Last night, I finally went through the pictures and surprised to find some really cool images from the set, gotta love those colorful concert lights… here are some of my favorites:
